What we collect

When you browse. Your device and browser type, IP address, time zone, which pages you looked at, which site referred you, and how you moved through the site. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

When you order. Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems or seen by us.

When you contact us. Whatever you put in your message, plus your email address.

When you subscribe. Your email address, and a record of when and how you subscribed.

Why we use it

  • To process, pack, ship, and confirm your order, and to handle returns
  • To contact you about your order or a problem with it
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe from any of them
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To understand which products and pages people respond to, so we buy better stock
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations

Where the law requires a lawful basis: order data is processed to perform our contract with you, marketing on your consent, fraud prevention and analytics on our legitimate interests, and record-keeping to meet a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use third parties to run the shop. Each receives only what it needs:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Hosts the site and stores order and customer records.
  • Payment providers — process your payment. They receive your payment and billing details directly.
  • Shipping carriers — receive your name, address, and phone number in order to deliver your parcel.
  • Email provider — receives your email address if you subscribe or need an order notification.
  • Analytics providers — receive usage data about how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

International transfers

We operate from USA. Our service providers operate in various countries, so your information may be transferred to and stored outside the country you live in. Where the law requires safeguards for those transfers, we rely on the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism offered by the provider.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Browsing data for a limited analytics window.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity first. We respond within the time the applicable law allows, and at most one month.

If you are in the UK or EU and you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site and keep your cart working, and — with your consent where required — cookies for analytics and marketing. You can manage these through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break checkout.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
