2. What we sell

Every item we sell is secondhand, pre-owned, and vintage. This is central to what you are buying, so read this section carefully.

Our pieces are not new. They have been worn and they show it to varying degrees. We inspect, clean, and steam every item before listing, and we photograph and describe any flaw we find — marks, fading, repairs, missing buttons, altered seams, worn hems. We describe condition honestly and we would rather lose a sale than overstate one.

Even so, an item may show ordinary signs of age that we did not individually list. Colour varies between screens. Vintage sizing does not match modern labels, which is why we publish flat measurements on every product page rather than relying on the size on the tag. Compare our measurements to a garment you already own — the label size is a description of the original garment, not a guarantee of fit.

Almost every piece is a single unit. Once it sells it is gone and it will not be restocked.

3. Brands and trademarks

We sell genuine secondhand garments, some of which carry third-party brand names. Those trademarks belong to their owners. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose garments we resell, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise. Brand names are used only to describe the item you are buying.

If you believe an item we have listed is counterfeit, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will investigate and, where you are right, refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We try hard to be accurate, but if an item is listed at a clearly wrong price or with a materially wrong description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where the item is no longer available, or where a listing error has occurred.

Duties, import taxes, and customs charges are not included unless the checkout says so, and are your responsibility. Please check your own country's rules before ordering.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch same or next working day from [DISPATCH COUNTRY]. Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control, and delays at customs are common on international orders.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how the site works. We may terminate access for any of these.

9. Our content

The text, photography, graphics, and layout on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our product photography or written descriptions commercially without written permission.

If you send us content — a review, a photo, a tagged post — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the shop. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone's rights. We are not obliged to publish anything you send, and we may remove it.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This includes your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by something outside our reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs action, natural events, or interruption to the platforms we depend on.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [DISPATCH COUNTRY] and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
